Pullout plan would give Israel control of airspace, water: South Florida Sun-Sentinel: "JERUSALEM - Israel's pullout from the Gaza Strip would leave it in control of land crossings, airspace and the coastal waters of the territory and allow it freedom to strike at extremists in the area if it detects threats, according to an official withdrawal plan submitted to the Bush administration and published Friday in Israeli newspapers."
